  1. Foreign trade follower (2 persons)

  job requirements:

  1. English, international trade and other related majors, college degree or above, English level 6 or above

  2. Equipment Engineer/Mechanic Repairer (10 persons)

  job requirements:

  1. Age: 25-40 years old, high school degree or above.

  2. Have more than 2 years of working experience in the lithium battery industry (hold an electrician certificate).

  3. Familiar with the practical work experience in repair and maintenance of lithium battery machinery and equipment (coating machine, winding machine, film machine, laser welding machine, volume dividing cabinet, liquid injection machine, etc.).

  4. Able to solve machine failure problems during the operation of production equipment and obey work arrangements.


  3. Electronic Engineer (2 persons)

  job requirements:

  1. College degree or above, those with work experience are preferred.

  2. More than 3 years of practical working experience in relevant lithium battery factories.

  3. Responsible for small power 7~16 string 18650 battery PACK products (mainly twist cars, balance cars, scooters and other

  process design, protection board plan selection and confirmation, sample trial production and testing, the project is based on electric power

  Leading, with structural engineers cooperating in development.

  4. Responsible for the review of new product plans and the production of product specifications, BOM and other documents.

  5. Be familiar with the working principles, uses and methods of lithium-ion battery protection circuits, and be proficient in battery series and parallel PACK design and control.

  6. Proficient in using CAD, PROTEL and other professional software and office software, and understanding the testing of BMS and PCB

  7. Be able to prepare product specifications and provide technical support to the sales department.


  4. Production team leader (5 people)

  job requirements:

  1. More than one year of working experience in a battery factory.

  2. Improve production efficiency and control costs on-site in the workshop;

  3. Conduct 6S management and quality control on the workshop.

  4. High school degree or above;

  5. Have two years or more of work experience in the battery industry, one year or more of grassroots management experience, and have strong hands-on ability.

  6. Work conscientiously and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, obey management, and have strong execution ability. Have good communication, coordination and organizational skills, strong teamwork spirit, management ability and courage;

  7. Strong awareness of data, cost and security, strong feedback and problem-solving abilities;


  5. Business managers (8 people)

  job requirements:

  1. Responsible for product sales, completing the company's annual and monthly sales targets; responsible for collecting foreign customer information, maintaining timely communication with customers, and exploring customer needs; responsible for collecting industry dynamic information, keeping abreast of competitors' situations, and submitting market analysis reports on a regular basis

  2. Responsible for conducting business negotiations with customers and providing customers with product solutions; responsible for formulating sales contracts and organizing contract reviews; responsible for supervising and tracking the execution process of sales contracts to ensure normal performance of contracts; responsible for logging in and updating customer information
